The ministry of human resources and emiratisation (mohre) has announced that the dates of the eid al adha holiday for the private sector will be from saturday, june 15, to tuesday, june 18. In 2024, the crescent moon is expected to be sighted on the evening of june 6th, which would mark the first day of dhul hijjah on june 7th.
The majority of healthcare centres will remain open to ensure. The timing of celebrations is contingent upon the sighting.

This Is The Tentative Date As The Actual Date Is Contingent On The Sighting Of The Moon Of Dhul Hijjah, 1445, The 12Th And Last Month Of The Islamic Calendar.
As per islamic calendar, the festival of bakrid is celebrated on the 10th day of dhul hijjah.
